What is BodyFirst and what does it offer?

BodyFirst® is part of BodyFirst® Wellness Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., a science based sports nutrition, personal health and wellness group. BodyFirst® products aim to provide health supplements of the highest quality and ONLY the ingredients which have a lot of studies done by research bodies.

What makes BodyFirst special?

Our products are a class apart from what you get in the market. We have studied the market for more than 2 years before launching our brand and have come up with products which will completely satisfy your overall health needs in terms of taste, hygiene and compliance to recommendations. We never want you to miss even one dose. Hence all our products will always be on travel sachets. We are also working on even better forms for your utmost convenience.

How do I choose the right supplement according to my requirements?

The right way is to get a blood test done recommended by the doctor or an expert to know which nutrition the body is lacking. If the normal dietary intake is not able to fulfill that nutritional requirement, then we recommend that you take that particular nutrient supplement which fulfills the need.

Yes, BodyFirst does provide a range of vegan friendly products.

Are supplements safe and an essential even after consuming healthy food?

Most supplements are safe and offer significant health benefits. Normally, you should be able to get all the nutrients you need from a balanced diet. However, supplements can provide you with extra nutrients when your diet is lacking or certain health conditions trigger a deficiency.

What to do if I receive my order with damaged packaging?

We urge you not to  accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won't be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items are different from what I ordered.

If you have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Alternatively, you can call our Customer Care or email us at support@bodyfirst.in , mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Items are missing from the order?

We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won't be accepted in such cases. In addition, we request you to report anything suspicious you notice that may have led to missing product(s). 

We request you to raise a request under My Order tab in the self help option, so we can dispatch or refund it for you at the earliest.

Alternatively, you can call our Customer Care or email us at support@bodyfirst.in , mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Received close to expiry products.

Please ensure that issue return and refund can only be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

You will be required to provide the information on the pack regarding the same while creating a return request.

Tracking and Delivery

I have not received an order confirmation.

You may have not received your order confirmation due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect contact information 
  • Unsuccessful order 
  • High traffic volume.
Can I order for multiple people from one account?

Yes, you can. Please mention so  while ordering so we can keep a personalised track for supplements and merchandise ordered by you. This way we can ensure all your requirements are met regularly as it will be personalised for you.

Can I reorder my previous orders?

Yes. Please go to my orders and you will be able to repeat a previous order from there.

Can I save multiple addresses in my account?

Yes, you can. Kindly go to your address in settings and click on add address. You can add your address there. You can also add a new address during the order placement.

How long will it take for my order to deliver?

Delivery time varies according to your location and volume of orders we are facing. The large majority of our orders are shipped within 1 working day of the order, and delivered in 3-7 days from shipping.

What if my order gets delayed?

In an unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

How do I track my BodyFirst order?

Track your Order or Shipment. Enter your AWB number or Order ID to track the status of your order. You can find the AWB number and Order ID in the Email/SMS

How can I expedite/postpone my BodyFirst order delivery?

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders above Rs. 1000. You do not pay any shipping charges on ANY orders placed on www.bodyfirst.in or the website except for Cash On Deliveries.

Is there any additional packaging fee?

No, There is no additional packaging fee.

Can I add additional products in the same order after it has been placed?

Yes, additional products can be added prior to dispatch of the order. Typically, within 1 working day of the placing the order.

When does delivery of a BodyFirst order fail?

Incase we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days, your order will be cancelled automatically. However, we request availability of the customer or his/her representative for collection of the order.

Why is my order taking so long to deliver?

Due to covid restrictions, The order may take longer to deliver. Please know , we try to deliver the product on time to the best of our ability.

How can I contact the delivery guy?

Please select to get message updates to track the delivery where a number will be provided of the delivery guy.

I did not receive my order. But I was still charged for it. Why?

If we fail to deliver your order within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

Can I cancel a BodyFirst order I've placed?

Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched will not be undertaken.

I just cancelled my BodyFirst order. When will I receive my refund?

In the event of a cancelled order or any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Are there any charges applicable on return of the product?

Please note that we can only refund the courier costs for returning an item where:

we sent you the wrong item, or

the item is damaged or faulty or

where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.

We will not refund courier cost for items found to be in good working order. Costs of returning the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Can I modify the shipping address of my BodyFirst order after it has been placed?

You can modify your shipping address prior to dispatch, typically within 1 working day of placing the order.

BodyFirst Returns and Exchanges

I am not satisfied with my BodyFirst product. Can I return or exchange it?

You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day you receive the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.

By when will I get a refund for my cancelled BodyFirst order?

Where do I find an invoice for my BodyFirst order?

All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. You will be able to find the same online too in 'my orders'.

Are there any hidden charges while ordering?

No, There are no hidden charges while ordering over. Only purchase value which is all including and shipping charges are to be paid for.

Why am I not receiving an OTP while login?

How do I stop receiving promotional communications?
